Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Arsen Melkonyan
DDS, MSD

Dr. Arsen was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia and is fluent in Armenian, English and Russian. He currently resides in Troy, MI. Dr. Arsen graduated with honors from The University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology, Cognition & Neuroscience and then pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at The University of Detroit Mercy. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Arsen completed a year-long General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University, gaining experience in hospital dentistry, management of medically compromised patients, as well as extensive pediatric dental experience. Dr. Arsen then continued his education, specializing in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Washington, Seattle Children’s Hospital, where he received his Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) degree, with his research concentration in training the rural oral health workforce. Dr. Arsen is a devoted Michigan Wolverine (Go Blue!), and he enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family, friends and dog, Archie.
